Project Overview

As Project Manager at WellDuo since April 2023, I have led 6 real estate development projects across South Florida, managing the complete development pipeline from concept selection through construction coordination. My role encompasses every step of the process including securing permits and approvals, procuring materials and subcontractor contracts, performing cost-benefit analyses, and coordinating with all stakeholders.

Prior to WellDuo, I gained foundational experience as a Development Associate at Integra Investments, where I worked on major projects including NoMi Square and Biscayne Shores. This comprehensive experience, combined with my engineering background, has given me a unique perspective on optimizing development processes and addressing industry inefficiencies.

I also maintain a license as a real estate associate with ONE Sotheby's International Realty, providing additional market insights and networking opportunities within the real estate sector.

Led this project from scratch including concept selection, team assembly (architect, civil engineer, zoning attorney, permit runners, general contractor), and managed through entitling and permitting phases.

NoMi Square (Integra Investments)

342-unit class-A multifamily property in North Miami bringing workforce housing and improved quality of life to a lower-income neighborhood.

Biscayne Shores (Integra Investments)

Waterfront community in prime location featuring 288-unit luxury apartments and 92 luxury townhomes with Marina and clubhouse amenities.
